Empetec was founded by Christian Srp with a focus on doing the fundamentals extremely well: understanding the business first, choosing the right tools second, and communicating honestly the whole way through.
What began as a solo consulting practice has grown into a team of engineers and strategists working with clients from Texas to the Northeast — but the culture is still the same: senior people, plain English, and work we're willing to sign our names to.

Christian Srp
Founder & Principal Consultant
Christian has spent his career at the intersection of IT operations, security, and software delivery. Before founding Empetec, he led infrastructure and cloud programs for companies in logistics, healthcare, and financial services.
He founded Empetec to build the firm he always wished he could hire — senior, direct, and genuinely accountable for outcomes. He lives in the Texas Hill Country with his family and, when he's not on a client call, is usually outside.
