Before founding Empetec in 2014, Jason Howard spent twelve years as a field engineer for managed service providers across Arizona and South Carolina. He kept seeing the same pattern: small businesses being sold expensive contracts they didn't need, with response times measured in days instead of hours.
Empetec was started to fix exactly that. We keep the team small on purpose so every client knows the person answering the phone. We publish flat-rate pricing. We document every job. And we stand behind our work with a 12-month written warranty — something most of our competitors won't put in writing.
Today we support roughly 60 active managed-IT clients, hundreds of repair customers a year, and security camera systems across Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa and Chandler.

Our home base sits at 11050 N Biltmore Drive, just off the I-17 in north Phoenix. Walk-ins welcome Monday through Friday for free diagnostics, quotes, or a quick second opinion on a repair you've been quoted elsewhere.
